Growing Dirt

wine organization, Pinault.
Supposedly this represents the best of American practice. Hm. Look at the ground. It looks like they are trying to grow dirt more than wine grapes. The limited shadows that are evident here show that about two thirds of the sunshine is wasted. Might there be a more effective way to operate a vineyard?
